Until this day, in diverse fields, from florists, to textile artists to engine cleaners, more than 40 young people have set up businesses in Northern Ireland with his support.
Now that he looks back, Lyle feels grateful to those who have had the opportunity to mentor a range of people. All of them had diverse needs and challenges, yet each one was motivated.
He has inspired countless young adults with immense support in the capacity of both a business as well as a progression mentor, stated Kate Garraway, a broadcaster and journalist.
