Zartaj Gul (Urdu: زرتاج گل) is a Pakistani politician who is the current Minister of State for Climate Change, in office since 5 October 2018. She has been a segment of the National Assembly of Pakistan since August 2018. Gul comes from North Waziristan, She was born on 17 October 1984 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Her father is Ahmad Wazir, who is the chief engineer of WAPDA. She is married to Humayun Raza Khan Akhwind since 2010.

She received her initial teaching in her local town Bannu and Miramshah before leaving for Lahore with her family. She visited Queen Mary College for her undergraduate education and then the National College of Arts for her postgraduate studies. She did Textile Designing from the National College of Arts. After finishing her education, she bounded to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)and became a volunteer with Insaf Student Forum (ISF) in 2005. She moved to Dera Ghazi Khan after getting married in 2010.
Gul competed for the seat of the National Assembly of Pakistan as a candidate of PTI from Constituency NA-172 (Dera Ghazi Khan-II) in the 2013 Pakistani general election but failed. She was selected to the National Assembly as a candidate of PTI from NA-191 (Dera Ghazi Khan-III) in the 2018 Pakistani general election. On 5 October 2018, she was recruited into the federal cabinet of Prime Minister Imran Khan and was designated as Minister of State for Climate Change.
