Brahmastra Part 2: The most awaited film Brahmastra Part One: Shiva is all set to release in theatres. Ayan Mukerji wrote and directed the film is the first fantasy adventure film in Bollywood that is supposed to be the first instalment in a planned trilogy as part of the Astraverse cinematic world.

Brahmastra is one of the most awaited upcoming bollywood movies. The highest budget film is produced beneath the banner of Dharma Productions (Karan Johar), Prime Focus (Apoorva Mehta) and Starlight Pictures (Namit Malhotra). The film cast Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivot roles. In September, the film will release the first instalment.

Brahmastra – Part 2 Release Date

Brahmastra Part One: Shiva was supposed to be released on December 23, 2016, however, it was postponed for several years. After several postponed COVID-19 outbreaks in India, the final release date for Brahmstra is September 9, 2022.

Star Studios will release the film in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada languages. Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, which is in charge of worldwide distribution, plans to release it on the same day in the United States and Canada.

According to an interview provided by Ayaan in 2018, the trilogy would be made over a ten-year span. So, as per his statements, the third instalment will be ready for release in 2028 and Brahmastra Part 2 will be released in theatres around 2025.

Brahmastra – Part 2 Cast

According to the interviews, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have confirmed that they will return for the second instalment. However, there is no confirmation whether the rest of the cast will return or not. The new faces are expected to appear in the second section.

There are sources who said, Deepika Padukone will do a cameo role in Brahmastra Part 2. Deepika’s cameo is expected to be near the end of the film or in the post-credit scene.

Brahmastra OTT Release Date

The film Brahmastra will be released in theatres on 9 September 2022. It is a pan-India film with a budget of around 300 crores. However, there is no information has been released from which platform the OTT rights will be bought. The makers haven’t given any details yet. But we will update it soon on this page.

Brahmastra Trailer

The plot focuses on Shiva played by Ranbir Kapoor, a male protagonist who realises that he is meant to be paired with the fiery Brahmastra. Shiva appears in the trailer as the ‘Agni Astra,’ who is tasked with protecting the Brahmastra from evil powers. Isha is played by Alia Bhatt, and she is Shiva’s love interest.
