Fightful Select says that AEW officers are trying very hard to sign Storm. The interest is so high that many talented people are counting on Storm to join the company in the end. Many AEW wrestlers want Storm to sign with the company.
Storm asked WWE to let her go on tour at the end of December, and they said yes. She is thought to have just become a free agent because her 90-day non-compete clause ends right now. Storm just lately made a *followers account, but she hasn’t said anything about her plans for the future of skilled wrestling.
Athena (formerly known as Ember Moon) might even join AEW. It has been decided that Athena and AEW at least have a short conversation and look at something interesting. The insider knew that Athena and AEW had been “feeling each other out” since shortly after she was let go from WWE on November 4. When she turned 90 days old in early February, the non-compete clause in her free firm contract ended.
